Your opportunity

The Westhaven Director of Nursing has accountability for leadership and management of the Westhaven Aged Care Facility, ensuring the provision of a consumer focused service that meets the legislative standards of care and needs of the facility. The position ensures facility compliance to the Aged Care Standards supported by a Nurse Unit Manager and Clinical Nurse Educator roles. The position reports to the Roma Facility Director of Nursing and will work collaboratively with the Roma Group Leaders to monitor and implement Strategic Objectives and operational plans to provide effective residential aged care services to the Roma community and wider South West Hospital and Health Service.
