Your opportunity
As the Rehabilitation and Return to Work (RRTW) Consultant, Roma Western Qld, you will be responsible for developing tailored strategies to improve safe and sustainable return to work outcomes and reduce workplace injury, claims costs and durations. In this role, you will also provide advice and support to workers, senior management, and team leaders, as well as monitor trends and influence external stakeholders to minimise the impact of injury/illness and assist the prompt, safe and sustainable return to work.
Flexible remote work arrangements maybe considered for this role. The successful applicant is required to travel to South West Hospital and Health Service a minimum of twice a year with one trip to be at the employees expense.
