Join our medical team and come and work within a remarkable ‘corner' of Australia.  Make a significant contribution to improving the health and wellbeing of the local communities within the Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service and become a valued member of a dynamic rural health care team that provides quality and culturally appropriate medical services.  These positions are based at Cooktown Multipurpose Health Service, and service the local cluster communities including Hope Vale, Wujal Wujal and Laura

As a Senior Medical Officer working in Torres and Cape HHS, your expertise, skills and dedication play a crucial role in providing quality care and ensuring positive outcomes for patients across the Torres and Cape.   You'll work in diverse and supportive environments that offer attractive lifestyle opportunities and experiences and enable you to make a valuable contribution in small communities.
