Aurukun is located on the western coast of Cape York Peninsula, around 800 km northwest of Cairns. It's a small, First Nations community, known for its strong culture, remote beauty—and uniqueness.

We're looking for a resilient, experienced Clinical Nurse ready to bring heart, skill, and leadership to a truly remote environment. This is not an easy role—but it's one that matters deeply.

🏥 The Role

As a Clinical Nurse, you'll lead and deliver high-quality primary and acute care services. You'll manage complex health presentations, support junior staff, and engage closely with the local community and stakeholders.

You'll need to be autonomous, adaptable, culturally sensitive, and confident in your clinical judgement. Strong experience in remote or rural settings is highly valued.
