Tell me more... We're looking for a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Child Development Service in Cairns on a 4-month contract. This is a specialised role that doesn't come up often and is perfect if you're looking for something a little different – whether you're on the move, wanting to experience life in the tropics, or interested in stepping into remote and regional practice for a short stint.
Based in Cairns, you'll enjoy the best of both worlds – working as part of a supportive multi-disciplinary team while living in a city surrounded by the Great Barrier Reef, tropical rainforest, and endless weekend adventures. Approximately every three weeks, you'll also travel through the Torres Strait and Cape York region, where your skills will make a valuable contribution to children and families in remote communities.
