Tell me more...The Director of Nursing and Midwifery (DONM) at TCHHS provides strategic and professional leadership grounded in First Nations cultural governance, advocating for First Nations Nurses, Midwives, and students while promoting culturally safe and equitable care. Reporting to the EDNMS, the DONM works collaboratively with the Cultural Governance Committee and community partners to advance workforce development, education, and services that honor First Nations values and priorities.
