An exciting opportunity has become available for a Marketing and Events Officer, who will be responsible for assisting the Study QLD marketing team by providing support and operational assistance to current and future marketing projects. You will also be required to contribute in the delivery of Study Queensland's strategy initiatives where required.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Provide operational support for marketing campaigns and events including meeting arrangements, venue and catering requirements and collation of campaign assets
  • Collaborate with the Study QLD marketing unit and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure marketing projects and event deadlines are met
  • Review project and campaign briefs to determine key project requirements, implementation and delivery by providing support and assistance to achieve project outcomes.
  • Monitor and maintain CRM data quality, ensuring information is current and up to date to assist with campaigns and events
  • Collaborate with the Study QLD marketing unit to update, amend and edit the Study QLD website when necessary
  • Assist in the delivery and reporting of digital marketing campaigns and events when necessary
  • Support and assist in the implementation, delivery and evaluation of other Study QLD marketing initiatives as required
  • Prepare, review and co-ordinate correspondence, briefing requests and other documents as required
  • Identify, develop and implement business improvement initiatives and innovative processes to increase the effectiveness of your activities
  • Maintain an effective office records management system for documents including internal and external correspondence and computerised data
  • Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders

This role may require additional duties to be completed as directed
