Position: NQKTS Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Worker Coordinator (Identified) *This is an identified position - Under s25 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991, there is a genuine occupational requirement for the incumbent to be indigenous to the Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Community.

The NQKTS Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Worker Coordinator will play a key role in the North Queensland Kidney Transplant multidisciplinary team, providing expertise to integrate culturally capable care that considers the social and emotional wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients, their families, and carers.

Enjoy a generous remuneration package valued up to $132,567 p.a., including:
- Salary range: $4765.30 to $5286.40 p.f. (HWF5)
- Annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation

Requirements:
- Diploma in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care is Mandatory.
- Under s25 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991, there is a genuine occupational requirement for the incumbent to be indigenous to the Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Community.
- Possession of class C drivers' licence.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role. Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Tuberculosis.
- Probation period may apply.
- Pre-employment checks will be conducted - including Criminal History Clearance.
