  • Salary range: $3171.90 to $4068.580 p.f. (Nurse Grade 5)
  • 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
  • 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
  • Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available

About your opportunity

The Registered Nurse Clozapine Coordinator provides assistance to the Clinical Nurse Clozapine Coordinator, the role requires engagement with external services such as pharmacies, GPs and pathology, daily tasks include preparing files for Consultant review, accessing IT applications, organising scripts and collections, and coordinating and confirming appointments. The role includes engaging with community mental health consumers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent certification relevant to the position is mandatory.
  • Highly Desirable: Possession of or working towards a relevant post-registration and/or tertiary qualifications in mental health nursing would be well regarded.
  • Highly Desirable: While not mandatory, eligibility for appointment as an Authorised Mental Health Practitioner (AMHP) under the Mental Health Act 2016 would be well regarded.
  • Drivers Licence: This position requires the incumbent to operate a class C motor vehicle and an appropriate license endorsement to operate this vehicle is required.
  • This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
