The Townsville Hospital and Health Service is searching for a talented trainee medical administrator who is keen to provide a medical management function within the organisation whilst developing their personal skills and competencies within the Queensland health context.

Competitive salary and benefits:

We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.

  • Salary range: $4966.90 to $6980.10 p.f. (L4-L13)
  • 5 weeks annual leave with 17.5% loading
  • Professional Development leave and allowance
  • 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
  • Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available

Requirements:

  • Registration as a medical practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
  • The applicant must be a candidate of the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators (RACMA).
  • This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role. Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Tuberculosis.
  • Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
