The Radiology Unit at Townsville University Hospital is a vital part of the Surgical Service Group, offering advanced diagnostic and interventional imaging services. Our team operates across multiple modalities including CT, MRI, ultrasound, and fluoroscopy, supporting emergency and elective care across North Queensland.

Remuneration is $8062.00–$10221.70 per fortnight (L18–L27).

About your opportunity:

This is a fixed term temporary full-time position for 6 months, with potential extension for 12 months, located at Townsville University Hospital.

Requirements:

  • Medical degree registrable with the Medical Board of Australia
  • Fellowship with RANZCR
  • Radiation Safety License
  • Evidence of CPD participation
  • Awarded scope of clinical practice by Townsville HHS Credentialing Committee
  • Compliance with VPD requirements
