The role of Youth Co-Responder is to provide diversionary support to young offenders subject to youth justice intervention, or those at risk of entering the youth justice system, with the aim of preventing offending and reducing re-offending.
The Youth Co-Responder will work collaboratively as part of the Youth Co-Responder Team (YCRT) comprising of the Department of Youth Justice and Victim Support and Queensland Police Service (QPS). Please refer to role profile for full details.

High security centres provide for the management of adult prisoners held in secure custody correctional centres across Queensland.
