You can become a leader in the Queensland Police Pipes and Drums (QPP&D), a professional Pipe Band performing at official events and parades. This versatile team also provide tuition to the Queensland Police Juvenile Pipes and Drums, facilitate basic workshops on guitar, bass guitar and drums and perform multi-instrumental programs for schools, and the community. You will apply musical expertise to coordinate musical selection and performance of the QPP&D, contributing to strengthening relationships between the Queensland Police Service (QPS) and the community through positive engagement and crime prevention initiatives. Based at the Old Museum Building, Gregory Terrace, Bowen Hills, there is parking available onsite, private gym, local café and food options within walking distance.
