You'll have experience in facilitating the development of evaluation frameworks to measure performance of government investment and also in developing project plans to implement and maintain controls and governance, including project delivery experience, for multiple projects within the agency, and with excellent communication skills. Your practical experience in leading and managing multi-discipline engineering or constructions projects, application of a risk management approach in negotiating successful outcomes, in addition to being able to work with a diverse range of stakeholders and other colleagues to achieve shared business objectives are all skills which will be highly regarded.

This role leads a diverse team of project and specialist roles who work to deliver the Asset Renewal Program and associated works, oversees risk and project management (including financial management), and provides technical and high level support to the Director – Arts Property and Facilities. Your practical experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams, managing annual risk management programs in a large scale, public facing environment, and high level knowledge of contract management and procurement practices will be highly regarded.
