    The Office of the State Librarian (OSL) is a dynamic and high-profile environment, which provides high level executive management and advice to the State Librarian and Chief Executive Officer. It encompasses Executive Services, Marketing and Communications, Strategy, Planning and Policy and the administration of the Queensland Library Foundation.The Lead, Strategy, Planning and Policy will manage the strategic, business and portfolio planning framework, the performance and measurement cycle as well as supporting processes. They will create and develop strategic, operational and portfolio plans and contribute to the Annual Report and the Service Delivery Statement. The role will coordinate and facilitate the Estimates Hearing briefing process for State Library as well as the creation of briefing notes and supporting documentation for the Minister and State Librarian & CEO.
