    Please note this position will be transitioning to Queensland Police Service (QPS) as part of a Machinery of Government Change prior to 30 June 2024, with the State Emergency Services (SES) due to become an entity of the QPS.     SES is the primary responder for storm and flood events and provide support to other agencies such as Queensland Police Service through performing additional functions including search and rescue, emergency traffic management, and road crash rescue. The SES becomes involved in preparing for, and responding to, many different types of disasters and emergencies.


    Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be responsible for providing high-level timely and confidential advice and support to the Regional Director and SES senior leadership team.
