Working closely with the Manager, Data Management and Planned Reporting (DMPR), the senior information officer is responsible for contributing to the maintenance, development and implementation of various performance reporting methods and systems to monitor and project performance data pertaining to the topics of employment, small business and vocational education and training (VET), and to fulfil internal, external, and corporate reporting requirements. The role requires a high skill set in the use of data collection, data management and data analysis technologies. As a member of the DMPR team you will collaborate with fellow team members and clients at varying levels across the department to deliver data collection and reporting products that support the strategic direction of DESBT.
