    Reporting to the Principal (or delegate), you will provide educational counselling and culturally responsive support across the school, helping to strengthen student engagement, wellbeing, and participation. You will work collaboratively with school staff, families, community organisations, and external agencies to build strong partnerships and connect students with the support they need to succeed.

    This position is being offered in a Temporary Part-Time capacity (0.80FTE), 58 hours per fortnight.

The Wave includes passenger heavy rail from Beerwah to Birtinya, connecting with a metro-style service to allow journeys to the Sunshine Coast Airport via Mountain Creek and Maroochydore CBD.
    The Wave (Rail) branch will deliver Stages 1 and 2 of The Wave. Stage 1 includes a new rail line from Beerwah to Caloundra. With $5.5 billion committed towards Stage 1 delivery, design and pre-construction activities are underway and major construction is proposed to start in 2027, subject to approvals. In March 2025, the Queensland Government committed to Stage 2, extending the rail line from Caloundra to Birtinya.
