Your typical day as a Principal Client Experience Designer may include:
• Designing customer and stakeholder workshops.
• Meeting with key stakeholders to co-designer products and services.
• Conducting usability testing sessions .
• Analyse customer research to identify CX opportunities across the organisation.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:
• Industry experience in customer experience, service design, user experience design or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with others.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate complex challenges and adapt to evolving situations.
• Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with diverse stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
• Experience and skills in collaborative design tools, such as Figma, Miro, Jira and Confluence.
