About the role
The Administration Support Officer provides dedicated rostering and workforce management support services to line managers to achieve the optimal deployment of business unit resources.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Assisting staff with form submission, maintenance of log in activity, uniform issue & stocktake, locker key issue & record keeping.
- Establish and maintain a close working relationship with line managers to understand the operating environment and requirements across facilities.
- Fulfil the responsibilities in accordance with Queensland Health's Core Values as outlined
- Provide quality customer focussed scheduling services (including the planning, creation, and maintenance of rosters) to line managers to ensure optimum workforce deployment.
- Pro-actively manage time and attendance records, liaising with staff and line managers to enable accurate scheduling activities and pay outcomes.
- Pro-actively monitor myHR workflows and Position occupancy reports, ensuring items are actioned daily or as required, and issues are escalated in a timely manner.
