Purpose of the Role
The Clinical Nurse Coach (CC) leads and delivers person centred care at an advanced level based on the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia – Registered Nurse Standards for Practice / Midwife Standards for Practice, via facilitation of the competence and confidence of clinicians.
