As our System Administrator - Telephony, you will:
• Provide second level support to clients for Microsoft Teams Telephony.
• Conduct training sessions for Microsoft Teams Calling and MS O365, whilst also maintaining training materials and user guides.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams and vendors in resolving issues and requests according to service standards and meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
• Write and maintain clear process documentation and standard operational procedures (SOPs).
• Provide advice to management, clients, and team members on potential enhancements of supported business application systems, to support changing business requirements.
• Work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to coordinate and participate in system upgrades, change releases, testing, and maintenance.
• Work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders on managing telephony related incidents and outages.
• Participate in operational programs and projects including the enhancement of the systems or information to support changing business needs including collecting and analysing user feedback to improve service delivery.
• Foster and role-model a work environment that values performance, improvement, innovation and outcomes and knowledge sharing within the business unit.
