Your opportunity:

  • To participate in the provision, development and maintenance of an effective, efficient and equitable clinical service to the hospital patients in consultation with consultants, visiting specialists, nurses and allied health professionals.
  • To contribute to the continual upgrading of medical education, and dissemination of knowledge to staff and patients.
  • The appointment will be to the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service for the provision of services to Hervey Bay and Maryborough Hospitals.
  • A Principal House Officer is a medical practitioner in the third or subsequent year of practical experience after eligibility for full registration as a medical practitioner.

Several Temporary Full Time (76 hours p.f.) and Temporary Part Time Positions (hours negotiable) from date of appointment for 12 months with the possibility of extension.

Our offer:

We are offering a competitive remuneration package value up to $175,370 p.a., including salary between $129,583 - $150,240 p.a. (f/t) or salary rates between $65.35 - $75.77 p.h. (p/t), generous employer superannuation (up to 12.75%), salary sacrifice perks, and flexible rostering for optimal work/life balance. JAR: H2503WB628867.
