Your new Role:
Do you want to be part of a driven and supportive team who share a passion for quality, performance, and overall patient satisfaction? We are looking for experienced Administration Officers to provide a high standard of administrative support across various departments (inclusive of Switchboard, Front Reception, Inpatient Wards, Outpatient areas, Endoscopy Unit, Executive Support roles and Perioperative Services) within Patient Administration Services to support service delivery across QEII Jubilee Hospital.
About You:
- Exercise excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Utilise experience to handle a wide range of enquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Demonstrate empathy and discretion related to sensitive situations
- Build relationships, with strong influencing, negotiating and conflict resolution skills
- Prioritise workloads during busy periods and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Participate in a 24 hour roster, as required

Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital:
The Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital (QEII) is a medium metropolitan adult facility providing a range of inpatient and outpatient services including a 24-hour Emergency Department. We provide a range of services, including surgery, cardiology, endoscopy, orthopaedics, gynaecology, urology, geriatric, respiratory and emergency medicine.
We're making our hospital bigger and better to make it easier for our growing community to get the health care they need. We'll have more beds, medical wards and expanded intensive care and emergency services planned to be opened by 2027.
