Your new Role:
You will provide executive leadership and strategic management of the Medical Aids Subsidy Scheme (MASS), offering high-level advice on policy and strategy to ensure fair, consistent, and quality provision of medical aids. Collaborate with government, non-government, suppliers, and community groups to develop effective, innovative statewide solutions for people with permanent disabilities and conditions.
About You:
You are a dedicated and ethical leader skilled in policy, advocacy, and resource management, committed to improving disability services through innovative, client-centered partnerships and effective team leadership.
- Strategic and ethical leader committed to delivering equitable, high-quality services for people with disabilities
- Experienced in policy development, advocacy, and resource management to ensure effective statewide program delivery
- Skilled at building and maintaining partnerships with government agencies, community groups, and service providers
- Confident managing complex projects, stakeholder engagement, and compliance with legislation and policies
- Thrives in dynamic environments and passionate about making a meaningful impact through leadership and strategic direction

Community and Oral Health Services:
Community and Oral Health Services deliver a broad range of quality community-based care and support services to help people improve and maintain their wellbeing and independence as well as oral health services to adults and children.
We deliver a myriad of services across Metro South including Hospital in the Home, Rehabilitation, Chronic Disease, Acute Care, Dementia Outreach, Oral Health, and specialist residential care along with delivering numerous other vital community health services.
Our services are delivered by multidisciplinary teams of nursing and allied health staff with the skills and experience to treat a full range of health needs.
