About Gold Coast Health Rehabilitation Physiotherapy Service
Rehabilitation Physiotherapy Service provides patient focused, goal oriented care within a multidisciplinary team aimed at improving functional ability in patients with a range of conditions including acquired brain injury, spinal injury, neurological conditions, limb amputation, traumatic injuries and post-surgery.
About your new role
As a valued member of the Rehabilitation Physiotherapy team, you will provide clinical expertise, leadership and promote education in the area of rehabilitation to patients, community, staff and students. This includes:
- Providing advanced clinical physiotherapy service and contribute to the organisation of outpatient rehabilitation services
- Independently delivering direct advanced level clinical services to a complex caseload in the multi-specialty area of Rehabilitation Physiotherapy
- Providing high level clinical advice to physiotherapy staff and students on the assessment and management of rehabilitation clients
Qualifications
- A tertiary degree in Physiotherapy
- Registration with AHPRA
- A post-graduate qualification within a rehabilitation field would be well regarded
- Evidence of vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against and remain vaccinated against - Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Hepatitis B
- Tuberculosis screening, to identify if the tuberculosis vaccination may be required
- Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
- Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

Salary
- Permanent full time
- Base salary ranging from $128 169 - $137 918 per annum
