We're currently seeking dedicated Case Manager's to join our Mount Isa team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supervising individuals on community-based orders or parole, helping them make meaningful progress while contributing to a safer Queensland.

To thrive as a Case Manager, you will need to demonstrate the ability to:
- Prioritise community safety when interviewing individuals, assessing and responding effectively to risk
- Manage multiple and complex demands and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, whilst navigating policy and procedural frameworks to implement daily offender management policies
- Supportive productive working relationships with internal teams, external service providers, and community stakeholders
- Act with integrity and display personal drive
- Communicate with influence, adapting your approach to engage effectively with diverse audiences.

To be eligible for this role, you must:
- Hold a current driver's licence
- Have full working rights in Australia
- Possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Criminology, Law, Justice, Psychology, Social Work, Social Sciences, Education, Health, Business, or Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies — contact us at CCRecruitment@corrections.qld.gov.au if you want to check if your degree field is relevant.
