Join the Accommodation Services team in this permanent AO4 role based in Brisbane's CBD, and help keep our workspace running smoothly across the state. You'll be the go-to person for managing accommodation-related enquiries, coordinating responses through a shared mailbox and liaising with building management teams. Tasks may include auditing tenancy data, preparing documentation for compliance reviews, issuing ID cards, managing office access, and representing the department at tenancy meetings. You'll ensure systems are maintained, data is accurate, and stakeholders are supported. Working closely with the Senior Accommodation Officer, you'll provide administrative and project support to the wider team. You'll help collate information for reports, support the development of internal guides and processes, and make sure operational and facilities related documentation are up to date. You'll also assist with procurement tasks, coordinating building audits and provide scheduling and minuting support for cluster meetings. We're looking for the best suited applicant for the role that will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good organisational skills and willingness to
work in dynamic team environment. If you're an efficient multitasker with strong communication skills, this is your opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced team that supports staff working across more than 40 sites across Queensland.
