About the role
Provide advanced clinical expertise and culturally responsive care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients with cancer, supporting health and wellbeing across all phases of care while facilitating communication and collaboration within the interprofessional team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver specialised cancer care and apply advanced clinical judgment to support patient outcomes across the care continuum.
- Provide culturally safe and responsive care, building strong relationships with patients, families, and community partners.
- Act as a clinical resource, mentor, and advisor to staff, supporting education and professional development initiatives.
- Contribute to service improvement, policy development, and data reporting aligned with McGrath Foundation and Cancer Care Services requirements.
