Queensland Corrective Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to fill the role of Deputy General Manager across the Wacol Correctional Precinct, with positions available at Arthur Gorrie Correctional Centre, Brisbane Correctional Centre, and Wolston Correctional Centre, within the Custodial Operations Division.
This executive position is responsible for overseeing the safe and secure management of prisoners, ensuring compliance with legislation, and leading offender rehabilitation strategies across multiple high-security centres.
The successful candidate will demonstrate high-level leadership, operational management, and strategic planning capabilities. They will be responsible for
maintaining security systems, emergency response coordination, workforce planning, and stakeholder engagement. The role also involves contributing to
integrated offender management and supporting the transition of offenders into the community.
