Key Responsibilities

Student Support & Engagement

  • Lead Positive Behaviour for Learning at the classroom and school level.
  • Support safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environments.
  • Implement targeted interventions for students needing extra wellbeing or behavioural support.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with students and families.
  • Encourage resilience, personal responsibility, and engagement.
  • Deliver programs to develop social skills, self-esteem, and confidence.

Monitoring & Data-Informed Practice

  • Track attendance, behaviour, and engagement trends.
  • Use data to guide classroom planning and early intervention.
  • Implement strategies to promote consistent attendance, positive behaviour, and student presentation.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to a supportive school culture.
