Our School

Glenmorgan State School is a small rural school located approximately 383 km west of Brisbane and 256 km west of Toowoomba.  The school provides personalised learning and works closely with families and the local community to support positive outcomes for every student.

About the Role

As the Principal, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Drive a shared vision that achieves strong student outcomes.
  • Provide ethical, strategic leadership across the school.
  • Embed inclusive, socially just practices.
  • Set and maintain high standards for students and staff.
  • Build partnerships with parents, agencies, and the community.
  • Lead professional growth and oversee school operations.
