Your new role:
As an Injury Management Consultant, you'll provide expert advice, case management and strategic injury management support to employees, managers and executives. Working across complex workplace and non-work-related injury and illness cases, you'll drive early intervention, develop tailored return-to-work strategies, analyse injury trends, influence stakeholders and lead initiatives that improve workforce wellbeing, reduce claims costs and support safe, sustainable recovery outcomes.
About you:
You are a proactive and influential injury management professional with a passion for supporting people, improving workplace wellbeing and delivering positive return-to-work outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex injury and rehabilitation cases from end to end.
- Strong knowledge of workers' compensation, injury management and rehabilitation legislation, policies and frameworks.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to coach, influence and build trusted relationships at all levels.
- Proven ability to analyse injury and workforce data to identify trends, mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement.
- Highly organised, resilient and solutions-focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities and achieve quality outcomes.
