What you'll do
- Provide timely and accurate support in the use of CISSU Pharmacy applications and integrated Pharmacy Data & Automated Systems such as QHERS and Pharmacy Robots, to consistently meet and maintain defined service levels and executed work requests.
- Maintain up-to-date configuration of software applications, by following established eHealth Queensland processes.
- Analyse system design changes associated with CISSU Pharmacy applications and provide advice to support the development of testing and deployment activities.
- Collaborate to develop, publish and maintain application specific guides and work instructions.
- Develop and maintain significant knowledge of pharmacy systems, stakeholder policies and procedures to ensure the systems are used in the most appropriate manner through regular research and engagement with stakeholders and clients.
- Collaborate to develop, deploy and maintain CISSU-Pharmacy application reports.
About you
We are searching for someone who has:
- Demonstrated knowledge or working experience of i.Pharmacy, eLMS, ScripTraker, mini-PAT applications and integrated Pharmacy Automated Systems such as Pharmacy Robots.
- Demonstrated ability in the provision of high-level specialist advice on, and support for, clinical enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of the work practices of the pharmacy business in Queensland Health.
- Ability to rapidly acquire an understanding of developing and promoting ITIL Service Management processes primarily incident / problem / test / change and configuration management.
- Proven ability to communicate collaboratively with diverse stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally to Queensland Health, and clearly convey complex information, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to acquire skills to support the development and maintenance of pharmacy Crystal Reports.
- Demonstrated ability to apply information technology skills to rapidly identify and analyse problems presented by users.
- Knowledge across a broad range of information technology systems, solutions and equipment utilised within a large-scale organisation such as Queensland Health.
