Exciting opportunities are currently available for experienced Dentists to join Oral Health Services at the Bundaberg and Maryborough Hospitals within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service. The Wide Bay area is arguably one of the most beautiful regions of Queensland. The Health Service stretches from Agnes Water in the North to Maryborough in the South and provides acute care services to a population of over 200,000 residents including several rural communities.

Your opportunity:
- Provide general practitioner oral health services to both adult and paediatric patients in fixed and mobile facilities located in hospital, community and school environments by providing high quality oral health care.
- To lead and coordinate oral health services provided by a particular oral health team.
Positions available:
- One Permanent Full Time (76 hours p.f.) position at Maryborough Hospital
- One Permanent Part Time (35 hours p.f.) position at Bundaberg Hospital
- One Temporary Full Time (76 hours p.f.) position at Bundaberg Hospital - from date of appointment up to 23rd January 2022 with possibility of an extesnion
Prior to being made an offer of employment, you will be required to demonstrate immunity to the following Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD): Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (chicken pox), Pertussis (whooping cough).
From 9th December 2019 all new employees will be required to be assessed for their risk of Tuberculosis (TB). For further information regarding TB please visit Queensland Health website: Tuberculosis

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $156,975 p.a., comprising salary between $106,103 - $127,728 p.a. (full time) or salary rates between $53.51 - $64.42 p.h. (part time), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%), annual leave loading (17.5%), Professional Development Allowance and Rural and Remote Allowance (7.5%) (DO1.1-DO1.6) (One permanent full time, 76 hours p.f., One permanent part time position, 35 hours p.f., and One temporary full time position, 76 hours p.f., from date of appointment up to 23rd Janauary 2022) (Applications will remain current for twelve months) Job Ad Reference H2102WB364079
