About you
The ideal applicant will demonstrate capability in the following requirements:
- Experience performing business analysis activities and applying appropriate business analysis techniques, methodologies and tools, within projects aiming to deliver business process and system improvements. Previous experience in law enforcement and/or independent statutory bodies is advantageous.
- Analytical problem solving, information and data gathering techniques, performance analysis methodologies, report development and critical analysis and evaluation skills.
- High-level facilitation and engagement skills, with the proven ability to develop effective working and strategic relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders in an overall environment of change and evolution.
- Sound written and verbal communication skills to explain complex and/or technical concepts to different audiences, from executives and business stakeholders to project managers and technical teams.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment developing effective working relationships with team members.
