Office Manager - Clinical Governance, Risk and Legal

Clinical Governance, Risk and Legal are looking for an Office Manager to join their team. The MSH Clinical Governance Unit comprising of Clinical Governance and Compliance, Patient Safety and Quality Improvement, Consumer Partnering, Patient Outcomes Measurement and Evaluation and the Independent Patient Rights Advisors work collaboratively with executives, senior managers, clinical/non-clinical staff and consumers to ensure that MSH has an effective, co-ordinated, organisation-wide approach to quality improvement, clinical effectiveness, healthcare standards, patient safety, patient experience and consumer liaison services.

About the Role
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of current and emerging issues within MSH and MSH Clinical Governance, Risk and Legal.
- Provide assistance and input into the development of Strategic Plans and other Clinical Governance, Risk and Legal related initiatives.
- Provide leadership, supervision and operational management of AO4 Director Support Officer and AO3 Administration Support Officer, encompassing functions including rostering, leave management, relief arrangements, workload review and education, training and annual performance appraisal and development plans.
