Resources Safety and Health Queensland (RSHQ) is the independent regulator of worker safety and health in Queensland's mining, quarrying, petroleum, gas, and explosives industries.

The Occupational Health (OH) division within RSHQ is seeking an experienced team leader to join our Data Quality team in the Health Surveillance Unit.

You will lead the development and implementation of data quality programs across division assets.

This role is offered on a permanent full-time basis.

Are you an experienced team leader looking for your next challenge implementing data quality programs? If so the role of Senior Project Officer in our Data Quality team could be for you.

You will guide, motivate and support your team to deliver data quality programs that are consistent with best practice information management principals.

What we are looking for:

- Excellent leadership and people management capability, including timely performance and workload management.
- High-level experience in the development and implementation of data quality programs, ideally in the management of health related data.
- Well-developed communication and facilitation skills (written and oral) with an ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate leadership to make decisions in a dynamically changing environment.
