About the role
Fixed term temporary full time opportunity to project manage the planning or delivery of significant capital infrastructure projects within Metro North Health to ensure project outcomes are achieved within the constraints of scope, budget and schedule parameters by applying robust project and risk management, reporting and governance controls throughout the project life-cycle.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Develop/prepare, maintain and disseminate high quality project plans, submissions, briefs, reports, and high-level written correspondence and associated project documentation throughout all phases of the planning and/or delivery project life-cycle including reporting on the status of the project milestones and deliverables.
- Provide high level professional advice in relation to capital infrastructure planning, consultancy and design, engineering, site services, construction programs, and procurement strategies in accordance with Metro North Health's Infrastructure Project Planning Framework, the Infrastructure Project Management Framework, contract management and Metro North Health procurement policy and procedures.
- Provide high level support and advice to ensure effective communication and key stakeholder engagement strategies are developed and implemented.
- Research, analyse, interpret, and assimilate complex information for the development of papers, briefing documents, submissions, business cases, plans, detailed reports and other correspondence as required for projects, and effectively and clearly present the key elements to stakeholders, as required.
