About the Role
As an Adviser, Identified in our Talent Acquisition team, you'll be at the heart of our mission to attract and support First Nations candidates into meaningful careers within QCS. As the key point of contact for First Nations candidates, you'll provide personalised support throughout their recruitment journey, making candidates feel welcome, informed and supported at every stage. Your responsibilities will also include:
- Supporting First Nations candidates through each step of their recruitment journey
- Be a warm and reliable contact, creating a culturally safe and welcoming experience
- Build and nurture meaningful relationships and partnerships to support First Nations recruitment and selection
- Share advice and best practices with other team members to help continuously improve how we support First Nations candidates
