What you'll do
- Support risk and issue identification, assessment and mitigation activities by ensuring risks and issues are documented, reviewed and escalated as appropriate.
- Manage the delivery of medium to large scale complex Work Packages involving the delivery of ICT, with an emphasis on EUC, to ensure project outcomes are achieved and enterprise solutions are delivered that are responsive to customer needs.
- Ensure project planning, scheduling and monitoring of performance is reported using the appropriate tools and processes including reporting of project related trends and performance against project plans and budgets.
- Liaise directly with System integrator and other project stakeholders regarding deliverables, schedules, RFIs etc.
- Determine and execute PC-build requirements from project-supplied documentation.
- Identify Printer configuration requirements and organise print queue creation based on project supplied documentation.
- Perform and support rigorous testing of ICT environment as part of project delivery stages.
- Perform and assure robust documentation and reporting of all aspects of work package delivery.
- Manage and complete project related MACs (Moves, adds and changes).
- Guide, lead and mentor team members and ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project life cycle.
About you
We are searching for someone who has:
- High level knowledge and experience of QH ICT environment (and specifically of the EUC environment).
- Experience in the delivery of high quality customer service in a large complex environment.
- High level oral and written communication skills and a high-level ability to apply contemporary leadership principles to develop and maintain effective relationships within both the project team and external stakeholders.
- Analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills and an ability to work unsupervised whilst coordinating multiple tasks within agreed priorities, timeframes and accountabilities.
- Familiarity with or the ability to quickly learn ServiceNow and ITIL Service Management processes.
