This Expression of Interest collects a variety of information that will help the Townsville Hospital and Health Service identify potentially suitable applicants for future Pharmacy employment opportunities.
If deemed suitable your details will remain in the Clinical Talent Pool for a period of 12 months and you will be contacted further by the Pharmacy Department at the time an opportunity arises.
Further participation in other recruitment selection processes (for example written application and/or interview) to further assess suitability for appointment to a specific position may be required. Specialty skills will be assessed to determine eligibility for available positions.

Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
- Salary range: $128,169 to $137,918 p.a. (HP4)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
About your opportunity
Deliver a high level of professional client focused pharmacy service and leadership within an evidence-based, quality, and multidisciplinary health care environment during periods of recreation or maternity leave within the Pharmacy's Cardiac/Surgical/Mental Health Team.
Requirements:
Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration
- Possession of a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from a recognised tertiary institution (or equivalent).
- Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)..
- A health-related post-graduate qualification and/or enrolment in the SHPA residency program are desirable.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
- Probation period may apply.
