About the role
As a Senior Social Worker at Nundah Community Mental Health Service, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based clinical care to consumers with complex mental health needs. You will also offer professional supervision, leadership, and service development within a multidisciplinary team, supporting recovery-focused, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver advanced clinical assessment, intervention, and care planning for consumers with complex mental health presentations.
• Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and mentorship to junior social workers and students.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external agencies to ensure coordinated, recovery-oriented care.
• Lead quality improvement, research, and service development initiatives.
• Apply expert advocacy and communication to improve consumer access to equitable mental health services.
