Seeking expressions of interest for future opportunities over the next 12 months. As part of the talent pool, you may be offered casual or temporary full time or part time opportunities that become available based on the order of merit. A pool will generally continue for a 12-month period. If you are placed in the talent pool you may be offered a position within the relevant time period, however your appointment to a position is not guaranteed.

Your new role:

Join the Operational Support Services team at Bayside Health Service and help create a clean, safe and welcoming environment for patients, staff and visitors.

  • Perform general and clinical cleaning duties to required hygiene and infection control standards.
  • Assist with patient transfers and provide support to patient care activities as directed.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment, manage waste removal, and use supplies cost-effectively.
  • Work collaboratively within a supportive team across multiple Bayside Health Service sites.

You're a motivated and reliable individual who takes pride in your work and understands the importance of a clean, safe healthcare environment. You thrive in a team setting and demonstrate integrity, care and professionalism in all you do.

  • Ability to deliver high-quality cleaning services and follow infection control procedures.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently when required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, overnight shifts, and across multiple sites when needed.
