About the Team
The Children's Advice and Transport Coordination Hub (CATCH) is a nurse-led state-wide service, focusing on non-critical patients. CATCH provides a paediatric specialist advice phone line to clinicians across Queensland and Northern New South Wales and facilitates non-critical paediatric inter-hospital transfers both into and out of the Queensland Children's Hospital.
About the Role
- Utilise advanced clinical and problem-solving skills.
- Apply expert planning and coordination skills for clinical coordination and transfer facilitation.
- Work autonomously within the healthcare team.
- Be pivotal in providing timely and appropriate specialist paediatric medical advice
- Provide clinical leadership for professional practice and education at a local level and within the integrated paediatric network.
