You will be responsible for leading the design, coordination and delivery of change and capability strategies that enable the successful implementation of a major organisational transformation across the Queensland Health network. This project introduces a new supply chain facility modernised equipment, contemporary operational practices and the implementation of SAP S/4HANA as the warehouse and financial management system, fundamentally reshaping how critical pharmaceutical supplies are planned, managed and delivered across Queensland Health.
The transformation will directly impact Central Pharmacy's warehouse operations, administration and finance functions, and its customer interfaces, including Hospital and Health Services (HHSs), select external customers, and internal Department of Health clients.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that these diverse stakeholder groups are effectively supported through the transition by driving a structured, proactive and collaborative approach to change, with a strong focus on assessing business impacts, evaluating workforce readiness and managing resistance to enable sustainable change.
In addition, the Manager, Change and Training will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of tailored training strategies, programs and resources to build capability, equip staff with the necessary knowledge and skills and facilitate a smooth transition to the future state.
