About the role

Permanent full time opportunity to co-ordinate effective and efficient term allocations, rosters and annual leave for PGY1/2/3 (Resident Medical Officers) of Caboolture Hospital in accordance with Queensland Health systems, policies and relevant awards and legislation to ensure compliance is met.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

  • Collaborate with the Medical Workforce Coordinator to ensure the effective and efficient allocation and rostering of PGY1/2/3 Resident Medical Officers at Caboolture Hospital in accordance with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) guidelines and Queensland Health systems, policies and relevant legislation
  • Strategically plan, identify anomalies, trends and utilise continual quality improvement techniques for best rostering and allocation practices for the RMO hospital pool
  • Participate in and provide information during the Orientation for RMOs and Interns who commence each year
