About the role
Permanent part time opportunity to manage a varied and complex caseload of patients with foot disease and high-risk foot in an inpatient and outpatient setting, and as an integrated member of the Kidney Health Service team.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Utilise high-level clinical skills, knowledge and independent professional judgement to manage a varied and complex caseload within the podiatry foot disease & high-risk foot services of MNHHS, in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards.
- Provide timely clinical advice to professional and operational supervisors, relevant service managers, members of the multidisciplinary team and other stakeholders.
- Support and motivate colleagues within demanding clinical areas.
- Utilise higher level negotiation skills within the team and with external partners to influence outcomes.
