Competitive salary and benefits

  • Salary between $56.08 - $60.05 per hour (Nurse Grade 6, Band 1).
  • 4 to 6 weeks p.a. recreational leave with 14-17.5% loading.
  • Generous employer contribution to superannuation of 12.75%.

About your opportunity

As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide advanced clinical leadership, coordinate patient care, and support a positive practice environment. This role requires autonomous practice, critical thinking and the ability to guide and mentor staff, contributing to quality outcomes across the Charters Towers Health Service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • AHPRA registration with a current practising certificate.
  • Evidence of vaccination or immunity to VPDs as per Queensland Health policy.
  • Ability to participate in shift work and on-call rosters.
  • Class C driver licence.
  • A probationary period may apply.
