About the role
As an RN within MOPSL, you will practise both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating increasing clinical autonomy, sound professional judgement, and accountability for delegated care. This role is ideal for nurses passionate about medical, geriatric, cardiac, palliative or complex care.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Practice in accordance with code of ethics, professional standards and legislation affecting nursing practice by maintaining current knowledge and competence within scope of position.
- Support an evidence-based learning environment and participate in learning activities/opportunities for self and others.
- Integrate organisational policies and guidelines with professional standards by maintaining current knowledge and participating in relevant policy review.
- Consult with others in delegation activities, and contribution to effective clinical care outcomes and the maintenance of a safe environment.
