Competitive salary and benefits:

- Salary range: $44.06 to $56.51 p.h. (Nurse Grade 5)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
About your opportunity
Townsville Renal Services has an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse with or without renal dialysis experience. The role, located in Charters Towers dialysis unit, will provide direct nursing care utilising clinical skills, education and support to patients/clients and nursing staff within the Renal Unit to ensure the provision of best practice and quality patient care. The Charters Towers dialysis unit is a four-chair satellite unit which offers a six-day service providing high quality care to patients located in this region.
Requirements:
Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration
- Qualification: Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent certification relevant to the position is mandatory.
- Nursing: Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and possession of a current practising certificate.
- Shift Workers: Appointees will be required to work all shifts in accordance with the unit roster.
- Experience is an advantage, but not essential. Full training will be provided to the appropriate candidate.
